How do I become a Member? |

To become a member please click on the Register tab. A membership form will appear. Please fill the form, selecting a membership plan of your choice and click on “Register”. Our representative will visit contact you within 48 hours and complete the necessary formalities. |

Can I shift to a lower plan? |

Can I make payment by cheque? |

Cheque payment will be accepted at the time initial membership registration to cover the Registration Fees, Security Deposit and first months fees. All monthly subscription fees will need to be paid in case. |

How do I select books to order? |

Members will be issued a complete catalog structured along genres. Books will be listed by author . The catalog in the site additionally lists a synopsis for the book which will help members select books. Members may order books on the site, intimate Courier executive of their next selection or email library@thebookcollection.net |

How long may I keep a book? |
| Ans. |
Books may be borrowed for 2 weeks. Members may renew books for 2weeks twice. I.e. maximum period a book may be borrowed for is 6 weeks period. |

When will my selection be delivered? |

On receiving your selection order, our representative will call you to fix a specific date / time for the delivery. |

Can I choose the time of delivery? |

We will try and accommodate members request on delivery time. |

What happens if I cant take a delivery |
| Ans. |
IF a member does not take a delivery ( e.g. house was found locked when our courier executive visited for delivery), the selected books will be considered as delivered and returned. Next delivery will be as pers the next schedule of the member’s membership plan. |

Can I suggest my favorite author / book which is not listed in the catalog? |

Members may send us an email to suggest an author / book. How-ever The Bookcollection Library will reserve the right on whether and when to procure. |
